How do the HR consulting hours work in this model?

The Foundations Model is very similar to our Outsource Model except that companies who have lower consulting needs may scale back the HR Consulting hours as needed.  

Can I customize my Foundations Model plan?

Yes! While the core services cover payroll and HR consulting, you can add on optional services like benefits administration, talent management, and training programs to better fit your business needs.

How is the Foundations Model different from the Outsourcing and Advisory Models?

The Foundations Model focuses on essential back-office support services with scalable HR Consulting added based on your needs. The Outsourcing Model is a full-service solution with HR Consulting hours budgeted at 20 minutes per employee per month, while the Advisory Model provides only expert HR Consulting without providing any back-office administrative support services.
